Kongai Lydia holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam and a PGDLP from the Law Development Centre (LDC).
Lydia embarked on her legal career with a brief internship at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) in 2022, where she gained valuable experience working on a variety of cases and assignments. She then furthered her practical training with a clerkship placement at the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs.
Driven by a commitment to justice and the rule of law, Lydia is passionate about utilizing her legal skills to make a positive impact in her community. With a blend of academic excellence and practical experience, she is poised to excel in her legal career and contribute meaningfully to the field.
