About the Role:
As a Policy Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping cultural policies and projects aimed at fostering a more inclusive and democratic society. Your responsibilities will include advising on culture-related initiatives, developing projects, and building partnerships with external stakeholders.
What We Offer:
A secondment opportunity for a minimum of 1 year, with the possibility of extension.
Monthly relocation allowance and covered travel expenses.
32 working days of leave per year.

Requirements:
A master’s degree in political, social, cultural, or human rights studies.
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
